Amira Beauty backs all of our flat irons and curling irons with a lifetime warranty, along with a one year warranty on all blow dryers, blowout brushes, and cordless products.

To register your warranty, please choose the option below:

If your hair tool has malfunctioned within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, please choose OPTION 1 and notate this on the notes form, and provide a picture of the product. Our customer service team will then reach out to you and request proof of purchase. Once this proof of purchase is received and reviewed by our customer service team, the service fee will be waived. If your item was purchased from a third-party retailer and not on www.amira.beauty, you may contact the original retailer in order to service your warranty immediately.

If your hair tool has malfunctioned more than thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, you may redeem your warranty online via OPTION 1 or OPTION 2.

Please file only one (1) claim per hair tool. Warranty purchases that are invalid or fraudulent will NOT be processed or refunded.

All warranty items are shipped WITHOUT a box. If your original product has been discontinued, we will replace your item with a newer model (if available) or a newer item.

Warranty orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address can be reshipped at the customer's expense, otherwise, the warranty order will be voided.

Amira Beauty cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by unauthorized retailers, including unauthorized sellers on eBay, Mercari, Overstock.com, etc. and thus we are unable to offer warranty coverage for items purchased through said retailers. Please contact us prior to purchasing a Amira Beauty product from a third-party website in order to verify the retailer as an authorized or unauthorized retailer. This communication is to serve as notice to our customers, partners, and trusted retailers that we are aware of the presence of counterfeit Amira Beauty products or unauthorized retailers and are actively working to address this issue.

Warranty service fees are non-refundable.

Amira Beauty cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by non-authorized retailers. Purchasing Amira Beauty products from online sites not legitimately representing Amira Beauty products forfeits this warranty. This includes non-authorized retailers on Amazon.

The warranty program does not cover shipping out of the Mainland U.S. For redemptions from Canada, Hawaii or Mexico please send $25.00 USD service fee. For any other internationals shipments, please send $34.99 USD.

Amira Beauty is aware of non-authorized parties selling potentially counterfeit. Amira Beauty products on Amazon.
